Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Excesu account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all tags are attached, and include a copy of your packing slip or the return authorization form.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
